Radu Atanasiu is Associate Dean at the Bucharest International School of Management (BiSM) and teaches critical thinking and decision-making across universities in Romania and the Netherlands. He researches managerial decision-making heuristics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and is the author of Critical Thinking for Managers (Springer, 2021) and Simple Rules Made Simple (2023).

Radu develops popular online courses with tens of thousands of global students and regularly contributes articles to Psychology Today, Biz, and Cariere. He hosts the Decizii cu Cap podcast and delivers executive workshops across Europe.

Beyond academia, Radu invests in tech startups and runs marathons- often sporting Mickey Mouse ears, blending rigor with playfulness.
